All the GO terms don't exist in the chosen version of GO archive are listed in the "view error". This is a frequently happened error that is due to the different version adopted in WEGO analysis and annotation. The GO Archive Query was developed to help users with the problem. We strongly suggest users query the GO terms from the "view error" in GO Archive Query if they have no information of the ontology used in annotation. The versions of Gene Ontology containing the GO ID will be given as output. It would be useful for the user to choose a right version of GO archive. The GO ID could be input in the format as GO:0000015, 0000015 of just 15.
